I have perform a backup, erased my phone and re-install from the backup. They replaced my sim card and my phone still sends calls straight to voicemail. They removed my sim card, put it in another phone and their call went straight to voicemail. I went to my phone carrier to troubleshoot the problem. My software is up to date and I have removed apps that I don't use. I have no focus settings that would limit my calls at specific times. None of the callers are on my block list. I did have a call blocking program to block telemarketers but I did remove it. It doesn't matter if the caller is in my favorites or in my contact list.
